Other information Ordering You can purchase online 24 hours a day. After placing your order online, you will be directed to your "Order History" which will list your order number together with your complete order details. Once we have received your cleared payment, your order will be packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. We will attempt to send your goods via postage within 5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. You will receive a second and final email notifying you when your order has been packed and dispatched. Included in this email will be your parcel consignment number so that you can track your parcel via www.eparcel.com.au until it is delivered. Payment Options Whilst you are at the check- out, you will be prompted to select one of the following payment options;
Paying by credit card Paying by credit card ensures your order is processed immediately and dispatched the same or next working day. We would like to assure you that when using your credit card, shopping online at www.asmaragifts.com is completely safe. You will notice a padlock icon located at the bottom of our site which indicates the shopping cart has 128 bit Secure Socket Layer protection, the highest level of protection for internet sales. The checkout securely encrypts all payment information which is sent directly to the bank, so we do not store your credit card details. Paying by Direct Deposit Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) If you regularly use internet banking or visit your bank, than paying via Direct Deposit / Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) may be more convenient for you. When selecting this payment option at the check-out, you will be provided with account details to make your payment. Please remember to use your order number when making your Direct Deposit transaction with your bank. Payment of your order must be made within 24 hours of making your purchase. If you purchase on a non working day, your payment must be made on the next working day. Please note that goods will not be dispatched until your payment has been cleared and received, which can take 1 - 3 days depending on your financial institution. Once we have received your cleared payment, your parcel will be packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Domestic Shipping Options Once you have selected your items and have proceeded to the checkout you will be advised the total weight of your parcel. You will then be required to select which Australia Post shipping service you require. Please review and select the service which best suits your requirements. Please note orders over $350 are shipped within Australia for free! All parcels can be tracked via www.eparcel.com.au at your convenience and postage cost is as little as $5.00 to anywhere in Australia. All parcles require a signature on delivery. Please note: If you are unable to sign for your parcel and are happy to leave instructions for where you would like your parcel left at your nominated address, please add these instructions in the "notes for this order" field when completing your delivery details. Please ensure this is a secure place as unfortunately we are unable to replace your goods if they are damaged or stolen as you have instructed that no signature be obtained. Please note: this guideline refers to the estimated time taken to deliver the parcel once the order has been processed at Asmara Gifts of Love. You will receive an email from Asmara Gifts of Love notifying you when your order has been processed. Included in this email will be your consignment number so that you can track your parcel via www.eparcel.com.au at your convenience. Refund & Returns Policy If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at customerservice@asmaragifts.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You do not assume any risk of lost, stolen or goods damaged during transit and; therefore we advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
